AGC of America presented Balfour Beatty Infrastructure with a Marvin M. Black Excellence in Partnering Award for its work on the downtown transit tunnel in Seattle. Balfour Beatty was the prime contractor for the main tunnel retrofit and a new stub tunnel that allows light-rail trains to turn around…UW Tacoma’s Milgard School of Business named Tucci & Sons Chairman Michael A. Tucci as Business Leader of the Year.  Michael serves on the board for Sound Bank in Tacoma and the Bellarmine Preparatory Endowment Trust, and is on the Campaign Cabinet for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Pierce County...Philo Hall, CFO for Lease Crutcher Lewis, was featured in Washington CEO magazine as a finalist for its CFO of the Year award.  Philo served four years as Secretary/Treasurer of the AGC Board.
