Young Constructor Members (YCM) are individuals who are entering or developing careers in construction management with firms that are not AGC of Washington members. YCM's may hold such a membership with the AGC of Washington only during the first 15 years that follow the date on which they began to serve the construction industry in such a capacity.
Young Constructor members pay dues annually on a calendar year basis. Payment by check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express are accepted. Chapter dues are due upon receipt of invoice.

AGC of WA is a non-profit corporation. Our Federal Tax
ID No. is 91-0911236. AGC of WA elects not to pay the federal proxy tax
on lobbying. Lobbying activities are a percentage of AGC of WA chapter
dues. This means that a portion of your AGC of WA Chapter dues are deductible on your tax return as
ordinary and necessary business expense. Contributions or gifts to AGC
are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax
purposes.
