Headquartered in Seattle with offices in Tacoma, Bellingham, Yakima, and Olympia, the AGC of Washington is a professional association of commercial contractors who join together to enhance the performance and representation of members, to promote the respect and integrity of the industry, and to improve the quality of life in our communities.

General Contractor Members are licensed general contractors
who submit bids directly to owners. All general contractor members must
be in business for two years prior to application except where one or
more of the principals have had two years experience in managerial responsibilities or ownership in previous member firms.
General Contractor Dues
- Annual dues are based on the previous year's volume and are the sum
of Chapter dues and National dues from the table below.

Special Introductory Offer For New General Contractor Members
|
Introductory Contractor Members are general contractors that have not been members of this or any other AGC chapter for the previous three years and are not currently members of this or any other AGC chapter. In addition, Introductory Contractor members must meet the qualifications for a General Contractor membership at the time of the trial period. Introductory contractor designation is granted one time for twelve consecutive months for a dues payment of $1,500, regardless of volume. At the end of twelve months, membership is automatically converted to general contractor status unless company is an active participant in the AGC Group Retro Workers' Compensation Program

AGC of WA is a non-profit corporation. Our Federal Tax ID No. is 91-0911236. AGC of WA elects not to pay the federal proxy tax on lobbying. Lobbying activities are a percentage of AGC of WA chapter dues. This means that a portion of your National AGC of America dues and AGC of WA Chapter dues are deductible on your tax return as ordinary and necessary business expense. Contributions or gifts to AGC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. |
