Sponsors are being asked to arrive between 8:00am - 9:30am and should be completely set-up by no later than 10:00am. To view a map of where registration will be staged, please see the "Map to Registration Area" link below. Please be sure to check-in when you arrive. Every hole sponsor has one golf cart assigned to them. Volunteers at registration will show you where to pick up your cart when you check-in. Golfers are being asked to arrive by no later than 9:45am. If you are planning on participating in the Putting Contest, please arrive by no later than 9:15am to allow enough time to get through registration before heading to the putting green. All golfers must check-in at the registration table. Please click on the "Map to Registration Area" link to download a .pdf with directions to the registration area. Appropriate golf attire is required at all times for golfers. Please view the Golfer Dress Code for the policy. Carpooling is encouraged wherever possible. Parking is limited and we have a full course of players as well as 84 representatives from our sponsors, AGC benefits providers, and Rob McKenna's campaign.

TOURNAMENT DETAILS:

The format for golfing will remain the same as previous Tournaments - Shot Gun start w/Scramble Format. A brochure outlining the Tournament Rules, Golfers Responsibilities, Golfer Pairings, etc... will be provided to everyone upon registration. The Shot Gun start begins promptly at 10:00am. All golfers must be at their assigned golf carts and ready to begin at that time.

Prior to the Tournament, there is a Putting Contest (sponsored by CalPortland) run by the AGC Future Leadership Forum that is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. Other contests which will occur during the course of play are as follows: Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, and 3 Hole in One contests (sponsored by ARC) for the following prizes: 2012 Ford Truck, Cleveland® CG16 Black Pearl Irons, $500 Visa Gift Card. Hole numbers for contests will be listed in the Tournament program given out at registration.

In addition to sponsor activities, Oles Morrison and the AGC of Washington will be awarding, at random, prizes for our golfers. One lucky golfer will win a 2 night Port Ludlow vacation that includes one deluxe view room, 18 holes of golf, and kayak rental for up to two people. Four other golfers will win a $25 Pro Golf gift card. You must drop a business card in the bowl at registration to be eligible for these great prizes.

The Golfer's Package is available for purchase prior to the Tournament at a discount price. The package costs $55 per golfer and includes the following items: 2 mulligans, 2 raffle tickets, Entry into Putting contest, Entry into Closest to the Pin contest, Entry into the Long Drive competition, FREE Warrior hybrid or wedge, $10 Golfsmith gift card, $5 Pro Golf gift card, and WallyPark parking pass (package valued at $330).

The Golfer's Package will only be available at the discount price of $55 per golfer through May 17. To order, please email a request with your name, company name, and number of packages being purchased to Stacy Mullane at smullane@agcwa.com. (The package will be available at registration the morning of the tournament for $65 per golfer.)
