We want to represent you effectively, please participate in the AGC
Legislative Action Network (LAN) and help to make our voice heard in
Olympia, Washington, D.C., and in your hometown. The LAN was created to
strengthen our lobbying efforts by allowing quick identification of
"Real World" people to contact public officials on key matters under
consideration. Our current database has the addresses of our member
companies, but we don't have home voting district information from
employees of member companies. The success of the LAN will depend on
communications to elected officials from their constituents. Your participation will let policy makers know that AGC issues are important to their constituents.
The
LAN will be used to rapidly identify individuals who live in a public
official's district, and to provide you with a brief message to be
conveyed to that official. The issue will be important, and a timely
contact will usually be needed. Our lobbying effectiveness will be
greatly enhanced if our lobbyists are backed up by members who vote in
the officials' districts.
Please agree to help. Fill
out the information request below. Your voter registration card will
have voting district information.
